RETURN TO NEWS INDEX Baltimore real estate investors make moves across Tampa Bay Continental Realty Corp. said it has signed two leases totaling nearly 26,000 square feet at Seven Hills Plaza, an 87,250-square-foot shopping center at 11148 Spring Hill Drive in Spring Hill.
The majority of the space was leased to Altitude Trampoline Park, which will have 23,000 square feet in the shopping center. American Family Care, an urgent care facility, has leased 2,820 square feet.
CRC was represented in both leasing transactions by its in-house team of Blake Dickinson, vice president of anchor leasing and development, and Kelsi Holman, commercial leasing manager. Sandia Wasserman and Kiera Holubik of Florida Retail Partners represented American Family Care; in that transaction, Alex Wright and Heather McMillin of Franklin Street’s retail services team also represented CRC.
“We are excited about each of these new tenants and believe they will add tremendous value to Seven Hills Plaza and the surrounding Spring Hill community,” Dickinson said in a statement.
The shopping center has a health and wellness focus; other tenants include Planet Fitness, Walgreens, Rehability, Audibel Hearing Center and Bright Now! Dental.
It is the fourth location of Altitude Trampoline Park for this franchisee group, ATP Florida, said Gary Hinchman, managing director. The Seven Hills Plaza location is American Family Care’s eighth in the Tampa market.
“Many variables go into our real estate decisions, but the presence of Planet Fitness at Seven Hills Plaza jumped out to us because we know how much research that company invests in its site selection activities,” Hinchman said in a statement. “We believe there is not a better intersection in Spring Hill than the one offered at this center.”
CRC owns retail properties throughout Florida, predominantly in the Orlando area and Southwest Florida. In Tampa Bay, its holdings also include Mango Plaza, a Publix Super Markets Inc.-anchored shopping center in Seffner, as well as Lakeside Village, an open-air lifestyle center in Lakeland. CRC bought Lakeside Village over the summer for just under $78 million. Its anchors include CMX Cinemas, Kohl’s, Belk and Books-A-Million. |
