Largo office complex sells for $6.65 million

An office building in Largo has sold for $6.65 million to a St. Petersburg investor.

The building, located at 15950 Bay Vista Drive, is just over 52,270 square feet. The seller was a New York-based entity, according to a deed filed in Pinellas County. The sale closed on Sept. 14, and the sales price breaks down to approximately $127 a square foot.

The listing agent was Raj Ravi with RTP Capital Advisors.

The Bay Vista office building is three stories and was built in 1988. It includes on-site surface parking — more than 240 spaces — as well as electric car charging stations. The office has a modern lobby that opens to a view of the infinity fountain behind the building.

John Slater with the Lincoln Property Southeast is the leasing agent for the site.

The site last sold in April 2017 for $10.15 million. The building has been home to Clearwater-based managed services provider Vology, which was acquired by Manhattan-based ATSG last year. The deal marked ATSG’s 10th major acquisition. ATSG specializes in IT, cloud and cybersecurity services.

The Bay Vista office is two miles from the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport and 20 minutes from the Tampa International Airport. It lies near the TD Synnex corporate office and Empath Health.
