Neal Land & Neighborhoods Prepares for HCA Healthcare Florida

PARRISH, Fla. (Sept.22, 2023) – Plans for Neal Land & Neighborhoods’ wellness-focused Village Center at North River Ranch progress as HCA Florida Healthcare prepares for a phase one announcement of its future medical facility at North River Ranch – planned to be the first medical facility of this caliber built north of the Manatee River. North River Ranch is the award-winning, master-planned community of local land developer Neal Land & Neighborhoods.

The medical facility, which Manatee County commissioners unanimously approved in May 2023, will be accessed from U.S. 301 as a part of the Village Center, located on the northeast corner of Moccasin Wallow Rd and Fort Hamer Rd. The Fort Hamer Rd extension, designed and built by Neal Land & Neighborhoods, will enable access to the new and forthcoming medical facility.
