Palma Ceia home listed for sale at $12.5 million

A home on the 17th fairway of Palma Ceia Golf and Country Club course is on the market for $12.5 million.

The 6,600-square-foot home at 1005 Siwanoy St. is listed for sale by Julie Atkinson of Smith and Associates Real Estate in Tampa. It was built in 2019, according to Hillsborough County property records. The sellers, Stewart and Sharon Saad, paid $2.175 million for the property in 2016, property records show.

Architect Meyer Weitzman designed the home, which boasts "contemporary design melded seamlessly with the inviting charm of high-end Caribbean resorts."

"Perched on the 17th fairway of the Palma Ceia golf course, this impressive estate represents a rare opportunity to own a newer construction, move-in ready home in one of Tampa's most coveted locales," Atkinson said in a statement.

The home has five bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms. The outdoor living area includes a wall-mounted TV, an outdoor kitchen, a pool and a rimless spa.
