ILM Expands in Orlando with Long Term Lease

ORLANDO — Andrew E McCaw, Vice President of Tenant Representation at NAI Realvest, represented Industrial Laser Machines, LLC in the leasing of 20,592 SF of office/flex space located at 4122 Metric Drive, Winter Park, Florida. ILM leased 55.3% of the building on a long-term lease with future expansion rights built into the agreement. ILM plans to occupy the space by the end of this year after the landlord completes the interior improvements, which will include brand new flooring and paint throughout and the installation of a new AC unit in the warehouse portion. The additional space will allow them to expand their presence within Orlando.

Industrial Laser Machines, LLC is an independent innovative, high-power, high-energy laser company, focused on powerful nanosecond Solid State lasers developed for industrial applications primarily for use in materials processing. The expansion will accommodate their business growth locally and abroad in Europe and Asia. Andrew E. McCaw, said, “This was one of the last large remaining spaces available for lease in the East Winter Park sub-market. ILM was competing with a couple other users for the same space before securing it.” The landlord Silver City Metric, LLC was represented by Lee Zerivitz with City Commercial.
