The combined transaction volume totals $48M, highlighting Franklin Street’s ability to leverage expertise and tailored solutions to deliver valuable results to clients despite a challenging capital markets environment.

Facilitated through Franklin Street’s collaborative platform, the Multifamily Investment Sales Team, including Avery Jordan, Darron Kattan, Mark Savarese and Cary Brown, were supported by the Capital Advisory team, including Casey Siggins who secured the financing for three of the closings, and the Insurance team, including Michael Conlon who placed the insurance for two of the closings.
