Clothing boutique to replace Wine Exchange in Hyde Park Village

A fashion boutique will replace Wine Exchange in Hyde Park Village.

The South Tampa shopping and dining district announced three new apparel retailers this week:

Silvia Tcherassi is moving into the Wine Exchange space

Veronica Beard is taking over a portion of the space previously occupied by Vineyard Vines

Alice + Olivia by Stacey Bendet will move into the former Canvas Fashion Gallery space

Wine Exchange closed earlier this year after 32 years in South Tampa.

All three are clothing retailers new to the Tampa Bay market.

“Tampa has become a city where the best brands need to be, and the charm and soul and community of Hyde Park Village make it their natural home,” Samantha David, president of WS Development, said in a statement. “Veronica Beard, alice + olivia by Stacey Bendet, and Silvia Tcherassi all choosing to plant their flags here speaks to the continued evolution of the property. We are honored to have them join us.”

Boston-based WS Development owns Hyde Park Village. The developer has brought several new-to-market retailers to Tampa over the years, including Paper Source and Sur La Table.
