RETURN TO NEWS INDEX Pass-a-Grille waterfront home sells for $6.25 million The 4,354-square-foot home sold to an entity linked to South Dakota-based Bridgeford Trust Co., according to a deed filed in Pinellas County. The sale closed Aug. 23, and the sales price breaks down to $1,435 per square foot. It last sold in 2002 for $1.5 million, according to the property appraiser.

The home, located at 2910 Sunset Way, has five bedrooms and four bathrooms and sits on a 6,499-square-foot lot. It was built in 1952 and includes a split two-car garage. The home includes a library and sitting room, a butler’s pantry, an owner’s suite with a walk-in closet as well as three guest bedrooms and a loft area with a private balcony.
The third-floor space is called “Turtle Watch Hideout” and features a wet bar, sitting area and private balcony. On top of the garage is room for additional on-site parking, allowing six cars to be parked at the site.
