South Tampa waterfront mansion listed for nearly $15 million

A waterfront mansion in the South Tampa neighborhood of Beach Park is on the market for nearly $15 million.

Jennifer Zales of Coldwell Banker Realty has listed the 10,123-square-foot home at 5224 W Neptune Way for $14.95 million. The seller has owned the property since 2000 and completed the home in 2007.
