RETURN TO NEWS INDEX Kirstie Alley’s waterfront estate in Clearwater sells for $5.2 million The property at 1100 N Osceola Ave. sold to a private buyer on July 4, according to a deed filed Aug. 7 in Pinellas County. The 7,815-square-foot home was originally listed for $5.95 million in January. Alley died of cancer in December. The house had also once belonged to Lisa Marie Presley.
The home has since been listed for rent for $19,990 a month. The listing agent is Raymond Cassano LLC with Station Square Realty. Utilities are included, and they are offering a discounted rate for a longer rental.
Alley first purchased the property in 2000 for $1.5 million through her California company True Blue Productions, according to the property appraiser. Alley is best known for playing the character of Rebecca Howe in the sitcom “Cheers,” Mollie Ubriacco in “Look Who’s Talking” and Diane Barrows in “It Takes Two.”
The estate includes nine bedrooms and nine-and-a-half-bathrooms and includes mother-in-law suite with two bedrooms above the garages, according to the listing. The property is 10 blocks from downtown and is fully fenced-in and gated. The roof was replaced in 2020.
The home sits on roughly an acre of land and overlooks Clearwater Harbor. It includes two courtyards and has a 60-foot dock with electric, water and a jet ski lift. Outdoor amenities include a pool and spa. |
