RETURN TO NEWS INDEX Clearwater Beach waterfront home lists for $14 million The home at 837 Harbor Island was built in 2015 and is 8,548 square feet. With its porches, patio and rooftop terrace, it totals 11,586 square feet. It is being sold turnkey and fully furnished.
Jeff Shelton of Hughes Shelton Group and Compass Realty is the listing agent for the property. It was referred to him by Ryan Serhant of Million Dollar Listing New York City.
“The appeal of this particular property is going to be its waterfront location,” Shelton told the Tampa Bay Business Journal. “Boaters are going to like the fact that it lies on a protected harbor. However, you can get out to the Gulf of Mexico in a matter of minutes with no fixed bridges.”
The home has five bedrooms, five full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. It last sold for $6.9 million in May 2021. The current owners have done extensive improvements to the property, including adding a new roof to the home, according to Shelton.
Shelton said the outdoor living areas on the property are a unique element of the home. The roof — which is accessible via the elevator from the garage — has a full bar, a hot tub and a firepit with views of downtown Clearwater and Clearwater Harbor.
The ground floor has a pool, full outdoor kitchen and large sitting area. The property also has a large deepwater composite dock with water, electric and a 30,000-pound boat lift. A smaller boat lift is also installed for jet skis.
