Hold-Thyssen closes $1.7 Million Sale of Winter Park Professional Office Building

WINTER PARK – Hold-Thyssen, Inc., a full-service commercial property firm based in Winter Park with offices in Tampa Bay, recently completed the $1.7 Million cash sale of the professional office building located at 641 W. Fairbanks Avenue in Winter Park.

James Huckeba, leasing agent at Hold-Thyssen who brokered the transaction, said a Winter Park-based investor purchased the 6,600 square foot, two-story building constructed in 1971.

Seller had the building 100 percent leased at the time of the sale with multi-year tenants that include the law offices of Michael D. Barber, P.A.; RSVP Advertising of Orlando; VOSS Massage Therapy and Deepest Blue Bodywork.
