RETURN TO NEWS INDEX Luxury boutique condominiums coming to Siesta Key The development, planned for 1150 Windsong Lane, will only include three condominiums that sit along a private road in Siesta Key across from The Palm Bay Club and near the Sarasota Surf & Racquet Club. The condos will range from $3.15 million to $5.65 million and are a five minute walk to Siesta Key Beach.
Molly Higdon of Sarasota Gulf Coast Homes/Keller Williams on the Water Sarasota is the listing agent for the development.
“Sarasota has always been known for its affluence, yet over the last couple of years the demand for luxury housing in the Sarasota market has exploded,” Higdon told the Business Journal. “Sarasota offers year-round sunny weather, a thriving art scene, great dining options and a relaxed coastal charm that leaves you with an unforgettable experience.”
The development will include a lobby, private elevator access and heated pools and spas. The condominiums will offer high-end interior finishes, gourmet kitchens, smart home technology and private two-car garages. The units will have floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies. Each unit will have a private pool for owners. Owners will also have deeded beach access.
Unit 200 will have 2,332 square feet of indoor living space and 707 square feet of outdoor living space. Unit 300 will have 2,332 square feet of indoor living and 696 square feet of outdoor space. Both units will have four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Unit 400 will be a two-story penthouse with five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. It will feature 4,034 square feet of indoor living space and 933 square feet of outdoor living space.
“This new development, Azure Siesta Key, provides an extraordinary opportunity for luxury and lifestyle to combine just steps from the sparkling blue waters of Siesta Key Beach,” Higdon said. “This type of inventory in the market would not exist if it weren't for the demand we are seeing in the luxury segment.”
A noteworthy element of the development is the zoning allows for nightly/weekly rentals, which would allow the owners to do short-term rentals at the condo. Construction is moving forward and Azure is expected to open by March 2025.
Wisconsin-based BAST Management is the developer and Sarasota-based TC Group will build the project. |
