A waterfront home in St. Petersburg's Bayway Isles neighborhood has sold for $6.3 million.

The 4,657-square-foot home at 5237 61st Ave. S. was built in 2023. The seller was Goliath General Contractors, according to a deed filed in Pinellas County. The sales price breaks down to $1,353 per square foot.

Dania Perry with Century 21 Jim White & Associates represented the seller, and Julie Lane with Corcoran Dwellings represented the buyer.

The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom home sits on a 0.32-acre lot. The home includes a 28-foot-high covered entry and a 23-foot-high foyer. The gourmet kitchen has high-end appliances, a full-height wine chiller, a built-in espresso machine and a butler’s pantry.

The owner’s suite features two large walk-in closets, private balcony access and waterfront views. The owner’s bath has a Jacuzzi soaking tub and a glass-enclosed multi-head rain shower.
