RETURN TO NEWS INDEX Law firm Stinson signs office lease in downtown Tampa The Feil Organization, which owns the Wells Fargo Center, said Stinson has leased 13,629 square feet on the tower's fifth floor. The lease is for five years; financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“It’s our core belief that investing in your tenants and your buildings provide long-lasting results, which has proved true by Stinson LLP selecting Wells Fargo Center as the location to plant their flag in Tampa,” Andrew Wiener, head of commercial leasing at the Feil Organization, said in a statement. “This national law firm is a prestigious addition to our tenant base, and we look forward to their imminent success in the Florida market.”
A group of investors led by the Feil Organization acquired the Wells Fargo Center in late 2022 for $120 million.
Stinson, based in Kansas City, announced plans to enter Florida via a Tampa office earlier this year. The law firm has 450 attorneys in 13 offices across the U.S.
“We work with clients across many different industries and practices, which requires a space conducive to productive teamwork, firm growth and employee well-being,” Mark Weintraub, Stinson's Tampa office managing partner, said in a statement. “We were looking for a top-of-the-line building located in a central area with attentive management and felt an immediate connection to the Wells Fargo Center. We look forward to providing the highest level of client service in this modern, collaborative space.” |
