RETURN TO NEWS INDEX Beach Park home sells for $12.35 million in record-breaking sale The 10,474-square-foot home, located at 42 Sandpiper Road, sold to an undisclosed buyer. The sales price breaks down to approximately $1,179 per square foot. The house also set a record for the highest price for a spec home in Tampa.
Jennifer Zales of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate represented the seller. Andre Kashou of Smith & Associates represented the buyer.
The builder was Tulia Homes Designs by Tide Homes. The house has seven bedrooms, eight-and-a-half-baths, an office, media room, game room, home gym and a massage room, per the MLS. There is also a chef’s kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, a walk-in pantry, a full wet bar and a wine cellar.

The home is tied as the sixth-highest sale in Tampa’s history. Zales has sold three of the top highest-sold homes in the city. In 2022 she sold 78 Adalia Ave. for $15 million and 48 Adalia Ave. for $12.3 million.
