Crowder Plaza in Lakewood Ranch sells for $8.2 million

SARASOTA, Fla. (July 11, 2023) – Crowder Plaza, a 25,000-square-foot retail center in Lakewood Ranch, has sold for $8.2 million. The shopping center, located at 2507 Lakewood Ranch Blvd., sits adjacent to Crowder Bros. Ace Hardware and is fully leased.

George Brusco, CCIM, of Ian Black Real Estate represented the seller, Crowder Enterprises, LLC. Marny Lewis of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Florida Realty represented the buyer, Crowder Village, LLC.

Brusco has managed the leasing for Crowder Plaza since 2014 and achieved 100% occupancy. Tenants include Big Top Brewery, Goodwill, The Granary, Blossom Nails, The Boutique Out East, Premier Tackle and Domino’s Pizza.
