Two Tampa Bay homes selected as finalists in HGTV’s 'Ultimate House Hunt'

Two homes have been selected as finalists in HGTV's "Ultimate House Hunt," both of which are listed by Tampa-based Smith & Associates Real Estate.

The annual "Ultimate House Hunt" showcases homes for sale in eight categories: amazing kitchens, beachfront homes, countryside retreats, curb appeal, downtown dwellings, homes with history, outdoor escapes and waterside homes.

Last year, the contest generated over 1.5 million votes.

Listed at $5.2 million, one of the homes is in The Residences at The Tampa EDITION. It features indoor-outdoor living with floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic views of Tampa Bay and the downtown skyline. According to a release, the suite includes a residents-only gym, social kitchen and lounge, and an on-premises lifestyle manager for residents.

The other home selected is located downtown at the ONE St. Petersburg Condo.

The residence includes hardwood floors, architectural features, custom designer lighting, window treatments, a large walk-in storage pantry and a laundry room.

ONE is located in downtown St. Petersburg, offering residents walkability to restaurants, shopping, museums, nightlife, outdoor markets, sporting venues, and the St. Pete Pier.
