According to a deed filed in Pinellas County, the home was sold to Lonnie Noble and Juliana Chugg. The sale closed on June 22. The five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home is 6,828 square feet and sits on a 0.35-acre lot. The sales price breaks down to approximately $1,110 per square foot.

The home was designed and built by Modesta Homes of Tampa in partnership with general contractor Tide Homes. The house has 10-foot ceilings, a home theater, a wine cellar and a bar.
