Waterfront home in St. Petersburg’s Shore Acres sells for $7.57M

A waterfront home in the Shore Acres neighborhood of St. Petersburg has sold for approximately $7.57 million.

The home at 3801 Bayshore Blvd. NE set a record for the highest sales price in Shore Acres’ history. According to a deed filed in Pinellas County, the home was sold to Lonnie Noble and Juliana Chugg. The sale closed on June 22. The five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home is 6,828 square feet and sits on a 0.35-acre lot. The sales price breaks down to approximately $1,110 per square foot.

Jennifer Zales with Coldwell Banker Realty represented the seller and the buyer.

The home was designed and built by Modesta Homes of Tampa in partnership with general contractor Tide Homes. The house has 10-foot ceilings, a home theater, a wine cellar and a bar. It also includes a 500-square-foot loft. The European chef’s kitchen has a waterfall island and state-of-the-art appliances. The owner’s retreat has a 500-square-foot closet, a sitting area and a 700-square-foot waterfront terrace.

Outdoor amenities include a pool with fire fountains, a floating spa and an outdoor kitchen. It has a new dock, seawall and dual boat lifts.

The property includes an eight-car garage with owner-provided lifts and EV charging.

The street is filled with custom waterfront homes, and the property is less than a mile from the Shore Acres Recreation Center and is just over 4 miles from downtown St. Petersburg. Another waterfront estate on Bayshore Boulevard in Shore Acres sold for $5.5 million in May.
