The CEO of BCI Integrated Solutions has bought and sold homes on Tampa's Bayshore Boulevard.

A South Dakota-based entity linked to Marva McMillen, CEO of BCI, sold 1115 Bayshore Blvd. to John J. Terril and Leslie Ann Rooney for $5.43 million on June 7, according to Hillsborough County property records.

BCI is based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and considers Tampa its "southern headquarters." The company offers "electrical, audiovisual, fire and life safety, security, nurse call and structured cabling" services, according to its website.

McMillen's entity then purchased 1703 Bayshore Blvd. for $6.5 million on June 9, property records show. Leonard Bensonoff and Elena Bensonoff were the sellers of 1703 Bayshore Blvd.

McMillen bought the home at 1115 Bayshore Blvd for $4.27 million in 2022, according to property records. She is planning $3.5 million in renovations to 1703 Bayshore Blvd., said Ally Russell and Kamilla Altunyan, co-owners of KVA Group at Keller Williams Tampa Central.

Russell and Altunyan represented McMillen in both transactions and also represented the sellers of 1703 Bayshore Blvd. Douglas Biro of Charles Rutenberg Realty represented the buyers of 1115 Bayshore Blvd.

First Dakota National Bank provided a $4.3 million mortgage for the purchase of 1703 Bayshore Blvd., property records show. The same bank also provided a mortgage for 1115 Bayshore Blvd.; that loan was satisfied when McMillen sold the home.
