Waterfront home in St. Pete’s Snell Isle listed at $13 million

Rhonda Shear, an actress and president of Shear Enterprises, has listed her waterfront estate in St. Petersburg's Snell Isle for sale for $13 million.

The Mediterranean-style home at 2020 Brightwaters Blvd. NE has five bedrooms, six bathrooms and three half-bathrooms. It is 9,722 square feet and known as Bellissimo Palazzo, which translates to The Beautiful Place. It was built in 1995 and sits on a cul-de-sac on a nearly half-acre lot.

The listing agents are Donna Miller and Chuck Anderson with Coldwell Banker Realty.

The gated property offers more than 100 feet of waterfront and includes a deepwater dock. The two-story home has an elevator, theater room and a billiard room as well as multiple balconies. The remodeled kitchen has high-end appliances and a custom bar area. Outdoor living amenities include a cabana, outdoor kitchen and a heated saltwater pool.

The home also has a three-car garage. A cobblestone walkway and row of queen palms lead up to the front door. It overlooks Snell Island Harbor and is four minutes away from the St. Petersburg Yacht Club's Snell Isle Marina.

Shear appeared in a variety of sitcoms and films, including a seven-year stint on USA Network’s “Up All Night.” She became a designer of intimate apparel and moved to Tampa Bay permanently in 2006. Shear has been selling the Ahh Bra and other apparel on HSN since 2004.
