Developer Finalizes Plans for Affordable Housing Complex

TAMPA, FL | June 6, 2023 | WC Assets, a real estate redevelopment firm, has finalized plans to construct a twelve-unit affordable housing community in Saint Petersburg, FL.

The award-winning development team will begin construction mid-Summer 2023 with plans to begin pre-leasing Winter 2023. The apartment building is situated directly across the street from the Bay and down the street from the massive mixed-use redevelopment project, Coquina Key Plaza, which will be home to over 20,000 square feet of retail space.
