St. Petersburg waterfront home sells for $6.55 million

A waterfront home on St. Petersburg's Bayshore Boulevard has sold for $6.55 million.

The 6,050-square-foot home at 4219 Bayshore Blvd. NE sold on May 18, according to Pinellas County property records. It was built in 2022 by the seller, West Central Design Build, and the sale price breaks down to approximately $1,083 per square foot.

Dania Perry with Century 21 Jim White & Associates represented West Central Design Build. Leslie Minder and Mary Beth Byrd with Smith & Associates Real Estate represented the buyers, who are listed on the deed as Scott Sandschafer and Luciana Galesi.

The seller was a partnership between Christy and Jason Stross with West Central Design Build and Gina and Alan Collins.

The five-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom home features a Spanish hacienda design and includes a three-car garage and an elevator. It includes a 22-foot-high covered entry, and the great room has 13-foot-high vaulted beam ceilings. It sits on an approximately 0.36-acre lot that overlooks Tampa Bay.

The home includes a gourmet kitchen with a butler's pantry, a speckled-black granite wall with a gas fireplace and entertainment center in the great room and wraparound windows that offer views of the bay. The owner's wing also includes water views, a sitting area, two walk-in closets, and an owner's bath. The home comes with a climate-controlled wine wall and a dry bar.

The home features a 460-square-foot covered outdoor dining area, a pool and spa and a multiwaterfall privacy wall. The property has a new dock with a 20,000-pound boat lift.
