Paddock1 luxury garage condos are opening soon in Tampa

Paddock1, the luxury garage condos and upscale auto and RV storage development in Tampa, has sold over half of its units as it nears opening.

Commercial real estate investment and brokerage firm Vantix Investment Realty is the selling agent for Paddock1. The project was announced in 2021.

"We are excited to team with the developer of these commercial condos and introduce this unique concept to potential buyers in the Tampa market," said President of Vantix Investment Realty John Hotchkiss. "Paddock1 luxury garage condos combine the best of both worlds — a private, secure space to store your valuable collections plus a shared community building that owners can enjoy with other enthusiasts."

Hotchkiss told the Tampa Bay Business Journal that 41 of the 61 units have sold, with a certificate of occupancy expected to be received within the next week, allowing residents to begin moving into their condos.

The gated garage community was inspired by the paddocks used to store race cars, trailers and team equipment. The idea behind the community is to be a place for car enthusiasts and other like-minded individuals. Each garage condo is designed to accommodate multiple cars with space for storage and personalization.

The units have a starting price of $355,000 and include features like pre-engineered climate control for the second-floor loft area, car lifts, a finished bathroom and hurricane wind-rated storage space up to 150 mph.

The project is located at 1111 N 34th St. at the northeast corner of 34th Street and Adamo Drive.
