ONE Tampa Approaches $200M in Sales in Under Four Months

TAMPA, FLA. – May 10, 2023 – Kolter Urban, a Palm Beach, Florida-based real estate development and investment firm, is pleased to announce its latest luxury condominium development, ONE Tampa, is approaching $200 million in sales. This overwhelming sales response marks ONE Tampa as one of the fastest-selling projects in Kolter Urban’s history, reaching this tremendous milestone in just three and a half months. Buyers at the 42-story tower are primarily local, with 65 percent coming from within a 10-mile radius of the property.
