Virginia Bond of Engel & Völkers Tampa Downtown closes the record breaking sale of Muscle Car Mansion in the luxury community of Stonelake Ranch in Tampa Bay

Tampa, FL April 28, 2023 – Engel & Völkers Tampa Downtown announced today that Virginia Bond sold 10641 Broadland Pass, Thonotosassa, FL 33592 for $3,400,000. The record sale marks the highest sale price of a resale home in Stonelake Ranch, as well as the highest price per square foot sale of a resale home in the prestigious waterfront gated equestrian community.

Mrs. Bond has served the gated waterfront equestrian community of Stonelake Ranch in Thonotosassa, Florida for over twelve years. She is an expert regarding Stonelake Ranch having worked with the developers for over a decade. Virginia’s efforts account for 66% of the sales in Stonelake Ranch year to date while accounting for 40% of the sales since she was hired to sell the remaining developer lots by The Carlisle Group in 2011.
