Clearwater Beach condo sells for $9.5 million

A condo on Clearwater Beach has sold for $9.5 million.

The beachfront condo is in the Residences at Sandpearl Resort, located at 11 Baymont Street. The unit has four bedrooms and four baths and is 5,349 square feet. The sale price breaks down to approximately $1,776 per square foot.

Sophia Vasilaros of Smith and Associates Real Estate represented the buyer, an Ohio resident who purchased the property as a vacation home.
