A waterfront estate on Anna Maria Island’s Bean Point Beach has hit the market for $19 million.

The four-story home, located at 811 North Shore Drive, totals 4,452 square feet and sits on just over an acre of land. The sale price breaks down to approximately $4,268 per square foot.

Rich Polese and Pam Charron with Compass are the listing agents for the property.

The home has six full baths and two half-baths and has direct gulf access. The house was built in 1973 but has been completely redesigned. The home comes with a waterfall feature and has 270-degree views.

The main living area has a kitchen with a chef’s cook center and a wet bar. The top floor is the owner’s retreat. Each level is accessed via elevator. The property includes large outdoor terraces and a raised pool deck.

Bean Point Beach is located at the top of Anna Maria Island and has views of Tampa Bay and the Sunshine Skyway Bridge. Anna Maria Island is known for its quiet beaches and is home to many luxury waterfront residences.

Earlier this month, Arizona Diamondbacks pitcher Mark Melancon, a four-time MLB All-Star, listed his Anna Maria Island home for $10.95 million. The 5,291-square-foot home is approximately 2.5 miles from the Bean Point Beach estate.
