The sale price breaks down to $1,092 per square foot. The sellers are Tara and David Ruberg, according to Pinellas property records.
Of the nine downtown St. Petersburg condos that sold for $3 million or more in the last year, only three have sold in the last nine months, according to MLS. This does not include new construction that has yet to close. One of the nine was also an Ovation condominium, which sold in May 2022 for $4 million.

The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath condo has views of Tampa Bay, St. Pete and the Vinoy marina. The unit has floor-to-ceiling windows and is one of 45 residences in Ovation. The condo has an open living and dining room, a kitchen with Wolf appliances, a family room and a den. Each bedroom in the unit has an ensuite bath and terrace.
Amenities include key card-secured entry, under-building parking and a private elevator lobby. Ovation also provides 24-hour concierge services, a club room, conference room, fitness center, sauna, geo-thermal heated pool and spa, an outdoor grilling station and private cabanas.
Ovation was one of the first luxury condo towers to open in St. Pete following the Great Recession. The Ovation and Signature Place condominiums both opened in 2009 on Beach Drive downtown. |
