Anthony Elgin has taught as a licensed practitioner of Real Estate in
the State of Florida since 1980. He has been licensed also as an Appraisal
Instructor for all of the State Certification programs since 1992. He served
as President 1989-1990 of the local chapter of the National Association
of Real Estate Appraisers. His Real Estate Appraisal School is not only
licensed by the State of Florida but also approved by the National Association
of Real Estate Appraisers.
