Dustin David was born and raised in sunny Florida. His parents immigrated to Marco Island from Germany in 1979 and raised him speaking fluent German and harboring a strong work ethic and drive for success. He grew up in Naples, FL, where he played sports and enjoyed summer days out on the water boating and fishing. Dustin graduated from McKendree University in Illinois with a degree in marketing and a minor in finance. While attending McKendree, he received a full scholarship, excelling at both football and tennis.

Dustin began his real estate career in Orlando, FL with one of the city's first downtown high-rise projects called Solaire as well as The Villanova, a townhome community in Hunter's Creek. Both sold out in record time. His success with high-rise projects followed Dustin across state lines to San Antonio, Texas where he sold out 147 homes at the 33-story high-rise called Alteza. A mixed-use property designed by the world renowned Arquitectonica, this luxury building towered over the famous San Antonio River Walk with expansive floor to ceiling windows, 5 levels of underground parking, and breathtaking views of the city. While working at Alteza, Dustin had the unique opportunity to work with residential appraisers that each transaction required. It was at this moment that Dustin new, the analytics and research involved in an appraisal is what he wanted to pursue as a long-term career.

When not practicing real estate, Dustin dedicates his extra time to his family and continuing his education. Dustin's family is deeply involved with the Florida English Bull Dog Rescue and supportive of their efforts in finding good homes for bulldogs in need. Dustin continues to enjoy boating, fishing, and being out on the water with his beautiful wife, daughter, and son that light up each day of his life and drive him to continued success.
