Appraisal Experience:

Have completed over 550 appraisals in the Tampa Bay area (Pinellas, Polk, Pasco, Hernando, Hillsborough & Manatee Counties) over the past 66 months. FHA Certified as of 2008. Managed multiple trainee appraisers for the past 3 years in a real estate office environment. Customer service, collections, accounting and record keeping were day-to-day tasks. Currently FHA certified with experience including single-family residential, condominium, vacant land, manufactured homes, small income properties and pre construction. Active in the data gathering, inspection and assistance of commercial appraisals throughout Tampa Bay & west Florida markets. Have met all educational and work experience requirements for State of Florida / FHA residential certification. Am currently a member of the West Pasco Board of Realtors. Goals include continued education in USPAP and advanced training to become a General Appraiser by 2010. Currently an active appraiser / consultant / field representative with Appraisal Development International Inc., an established commercial appraisal firm in Tampa Bay since 1979.
