Chase Jaap is a State-Certified Residential Appraiser who has a wealth of knowledge regarding the local market area as he was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. His parents moved into the area in the 80's and have passed along valuable insight to him regarding the history and trends of the Tampa Area.

Chase originally studied Biology and completing medical graduate level coursework where he excelled to the top of his class. In the midst of his studies he began to acquire an interest in the appraisal industry. He went onto the field with a fellow appraiser peer for an inside view of the appraisal process and never looked back.

Chase has since gained competency in a vast array of different appraisal techniques and property styles.
