Westshore Grand hotel sells to Tampa firm

The hotel sandwiched in the middle of one of Westshore’s most prominent office buildings has been sold to a Tampa investment firm.

Ally Capital Group, which has owned the Urban Centre office complex at Kennedy and Westshore boulevards since 2023, said Thursday that it has acquired the 325-keyWestshore Grand. The Westshore Grand sits between the two office buildings that comprise Urban Centre.
