Nearly 600 acres between Tampa and Orlando sold at an auction.

Saunders Auctions, a division of Saunders Real Estate⁠, announced it generated $8.93 million and attracted 290 bids in a three-day auction of the 584-acre Etter Family portfolio in Polk County. The property spans citrus groves, agricultural acreage and lakefront parcels, and all the land sold to 14 buyers.
