Golf operator snags Tampa Bay club, its third in a 10-mile radius

A Virginia-based owner-operator of golf courses and country clubs has added another Tampa Bay area property to its portfolio.

Heritage Golf Group said it acquired Fox Hollow Golf Club in Trinity from the Creighton Family. The acquisition brings Heritage’s Florida portfolio to 14 clubs and is one of three within 10 miles of one another. The group plans to make immediate capital improvements to the property.
