Wesley Chapel Athletic Club pitched for Pasco farm land

A new mixed-use development is being proposed in one of Pasco County’s fastest-growing areas.

The development, called Wesley Chapel Athletic Club, would bring a 50,000-square-foot athletic club, 25,000 square feet of retail space and 15,000 square feet of medical offices to nearly 7 acres of agricultural-residential land west of Old Pasco Road and south of Overpass Road.
