Developer to start construction on 1.35M-square-foot spec warehouse

A developer will soon begin construction on a 1.35 million-square-foot speculative warehouse in Polk County.

Tratt Properties, headquartered in Arizona, will develop the warehouse as part of its 8.1 million-square-foot logistics park, Central Florida Integrated Logistics Park, in Winter Haven. A commercial alteration permit was filed with the city of Winter Haven for the construction of the speculative building, located at 4000 Logistics Parkway near State Road 60.
