Dave's Hot Chicken to open first Manatee County location in Bradenton

Dave’s Hot Chicken will open its first Manatee County location early next year in a master-planned community.

The Nashville-style hot chicken chain is opening in a 2,571-square-foot, ground-up building at 7627 Cortez Road W in mid to late January, Scott Strahm, a Florida franchisee, confirmed to the Tampa Bay Business Journal. Dave’s will be located in an outparcel of Publix Super Markets⁠-anchored SeaFlower Village Center, which is within the 1,175-acre master-planned community SeaFlower.
