Hundreds of homes planned on former Bradenton cattle ranch

A national builder is planning over 400 homes on former agricultural land in Bradenton.

PulteGroup, headquartered in Atlanta, is proposing 424 single-family homes across 223 acres of land on the previous cattle ranch, Reagan Ranch. The developer filed a permit with the Southwest Florida Water Management District for the first three phases of Reagan Landing, located near the intersection of Upper Manatee River Road and Rye Road NE.
