South Florida developer secures nine-figure construction loan for Edge district tower

A South Florida developer has secured a nine-figure construction loan for the second phase of a mixed-use development in St. Petersburg’s Edge district.

PTM Partners secured a $125 million construction loan from an affiliate of GID to finance Edge Collective II: a 330-unit, 20-story multifamily tower with 19,000 square feet of retail space next to the first phase, which included the Moxy Hotel and an office and retail building at 1246 Central Ave.
