A two-property portfolio in Palmetto and Bradenton that consists of small-bay warehouses sold for $26 million.

Suncoast Small Bay Industrial is a two-property, 161,570-square-foot, multitenant industrial portfolio in Palmetto and Bradenton. The properties sold for $26 million in a transaction that closed Wednesday, Doug Mandel, executive managing director of investments for Marcus & Millichap, confirmed to the Tampa Bay Business Journal. A deed has not yet been recorded.
