Developer plans nearly 450 homes as part of Wimauma master-planned community

A Tampa-based developer will soon begin construction on nearly 450 single-family homes in South Hillsborough as part of a larger master-planned community.

Eisenhower Property Group is planning 436 homes as part of the next phase of Berry Bay, a master-planned community spanning 1,100 acres in Wimauma near the intersection of U.S. 301 and Berry Grove Boulevard.
