Florida Spine Institute sells Clearwater medical campus for $14M

The Florida Spine Institute sold a medical office portfolio, including its main campus, in Clearwater.

FSI, through Florida Spine Properties LLC, sold four medical office buildings to an Indianapolis-based healthcare real estate firm, Cornerstone Cos. Inc., for $14 million, according to a deed recorded Tuesday. The buildings include FSI’s main campus at 2250 Drew St.
