35-acre surf park coming to Zephyrhills

Despite being 40 miles from the coast, Eastern Pasco County may soon become a surfing destination.

Earlier this month, Pasco County commissioners voted 3-0 to approve a significant expansion of the 3,405-acre master-planned Two Rivers development, which will feature a 35-acre destination surf park, approximately 1.34 million square feet of retail space and 900 more multifamily units along State Road 56 in Zephyrhills.
