Developer restores downtown St. Pete's last single-family home on Mirror Lake as condo project rises

A historic piece of a new boutique condominium development in downtown St. Petersburg has been restored and is now for sale.

Backstreets Capital completed an extensive renovation of the historic 1936 Cade Allen home — the only remaining single-family residence on Mirror Lake. The more than 4,000-square-foot home is now on the market for $3.5 million as the developer moves ahead on its 15-unit condo.
