Village-style shopping center in Pasco County sold for just under $29M

A village-style hub of shops and restaurants in Pasco County has sold for $28.75 million.

The Hub at Bexley at 16954 Focus Loop in Land O' Lakes was sold by Tampa-based developer Center Connect Development on Aug. 13, Pasco County property records show. The buyer is Pennsylvania-based commercial real estate investment company CenterSquare Investment Management. Center Connect Development purchased the land in late 2019 for $2.19 million, according to county property records.
