Dream Finders lands Beazer Homes in $2.2B deal after months of public pressure

After months of public pressure, rejected offers and increasingly sharp words, Dream Finders Homes has landed the deal it wanted.

The Jacksonville-based homebuilder and Atlanta-based Beazer Homes announced they have entered into a definitive agreement that will see Dream Finders acquire Beazer in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $2.2 billion, creating what the companies said will be the nation’s sixth-largest homebuilder.
