RETURN TO NEWS INDEX Epicurean Hotel in South Tampa has a new owner The Epicurean Hotel, Autograph Collection, has been sold to KHP Capital Partners. The Plasencia Group, which represented seller Mainsail Lodging and Development in the transaction, announced the sale Friday. CEO Lou Plasencia and managing directors Nick Plasencia, John Plasencia and Chris Plasencia led the transaction.
