Tampa developer plans luxury car condo in central Pinellas

A Tampa-based developer plans to bring a boutique, luxury car condominium to central Pinellas County.

Harrod Properties will build a 31-unit car condo at 8688 115th Ave. N in Largo, offering a smaller-scale version of Motor Enclave in Tampa and Motocave in St. Petersburg. The developer saw a demand for this product after the Motocave off Gandy sold out and wanted to give people who might live in flood zones an opportunity to reserve a safe spot for luxury vehicles.
